hi team, i see you are making great progress in such quick time with the bara,you will be ticking the boxes for water/air restorations, so you must now be considering sending out scouts to all the old barns in the UK for some long lost Brooklands type racer( if they have not been converted into delux living accomodation, the barns not the car!)to awaken from it's long sleep!!

I can't be sure what the main attraction is for me - following the labour of love of a team of enthusiasts in resurrecting an extinct type of warbird, or in reading the extremely well-written and stylish monthly updates.

My late father was a Barracuda pilot in the war with 827 squadron, HMS Colossus. We visited Yeovilton in search of an example of this plane but of course never found one. It's very appropriate that there should be an example of this exceptional WW2 aircraft available for people to view. Good luck with this ambitious project.

Looks like a fantastic start on a worthy project by the skilled Bluebird team. Time wise i can see you all hobbbling around the plane in your zimmer frames by the time the thing's built!!! but if anyone can your team can.
